This is the most depressing driveway ever.

So so sad. the two worst examples of badge engineering ever!

Just 2 totally garbage in every way cars.

Where did you find that Cimmaron? That’s just too clean.

ha, it’s a V
That logo is good for what +150 HP?
this car needs LSx and RWD swap now. Imagine the faces on everyone.

that’s insulting towards garbage. What did garbage ever do to you?

Someone should do a rear end swap using Ascona C lights and bumper/spoiler. And add vents to the C-pillars.
How hard could it be?

has to be old man/lady driving and stored in a garage. Sadly I think lot’s of these are low millage driven only to the pharmacy to get their meds....

Yes that’s exactly right. Old lady going into a nursing home. This one has about 54,000 miles on it.

You want to hear about a strange set up in a driveway?
Retired couple 1 house behind us:
4 Door Jeep Wrangler
Honda S2000
late 90's Hyundai Sonata
80's Trans Am
Power Boat that hasn’t left the garage in 2 summers
I have no idea what happened here

The V-6 in it now runs very strong but I’m secretly hoping it dies so I can drop a 3.8 supercharged engine into it.

A Opel 2.0 Turbo (C20LET) engine should fit as well, I know people have swapped them into Asconas. Probably a lot harder to find and ship to you location though.
How much power is it possible to get out of the 3.8? Using a reasonable amount of money, of course.

Ew why?

Stock output for the L67 was 240hp. But with bolt-ons and other fun stuff...who knows?

I would rock that TC in a heartbeat.

Ah the irony. Always gets a chuckle from people who know early versions of this car only came with a dismal 4-cylinder.

Close second?
Nah, I love seeing driveways filled with unloved cars in good shape.

I know this is an old comment but for the record - with a smaller pulley, some colder spark plugs, and an exhaust you can easily blow past 300hp and well over 350 lb/ft. If you get serious with the build, 400+ hp is still relatively easy. ZZperformance has a massive catalog of all sorts of parts for any build. http://zzperformance.com/3800/engine.ht…
